The weather was a little warm but this was offset by the enthusiasm
shown by the runners.
After few instructions, we sent the runners off for their
track mile. Once the last runner was finished, we loaded up and walked the 200
yards for the dirt mile. With the dust finally settling from the last runner,
we made our way halfway back for the road mile.
The awards were presented back at the track – see below for
the results.
I would like to thank Tim, Sommer, Wendy, Vincent, Mike,
Loril, and Steve for their help during this event.
I would also to thank Ed and
UNCC for allowing us to have this event on their campus. They provided the ideal
location for us to hold this event.
