Mileage Program 2012 Awards Wrap Up



Our Mileage Program awards were distributed on Saturday night at South Park TrySports. If you were unable to attend, drop an email to run.charlotte@gmail.com. We will try to make arrangements for you to pick it up.

I will also have these awards our “Winter Classic 8k” race so if you are racing, please see me either before or after the race to pick up your award.

  1. That sounds fun and tiring at the same time! But it'll be good for one's body, can serve as their regular sports activity just make sure that, upon joining contests such as these kind don't restrain your feet or any part of your body cause it'll be real hard to heal and bring them back to their normal phase.

  2. Marathon is one of the sports I'm currently inclined with cause I know for a fact that apart from the health benefits its giving to us. Apart from that, I'm also attending some Yoga classes to relax my mind and body after having a stressful week ahead. I think doing some physical activities will help you feel more ready to face up what future will bring you and will also keep you healthy.
