Need a last minute qualifying time for the Olympic Trials? Want to run some circles before Taco Tuesday? Rather run a race than do a workout? Have children who want to run some sprints? Never run a track race before? Have not run a track race since high school? Tired of so much focus on the marathon and you know you got speed?
