March 10th - Good Racing and Training Options

Howdy Folks

Temps are supposed to dip a little back to normal winter this week but since we have all had a taste of warmer weather, it gets you thinking about Spring races. No better way to find out where your fitness is than to jump into one of the great races this coming weekend.
Saturday March 10th offers several fun options.

Corporate Cup Half Marathon

Corporate Cup also has a 5k course that is fairly flat and fast for Charlotte.

Get Your Rear in Gear 5k

River Bound 5k and 8k

Jason Holder Memorial Run
Just do not feel like a race? Still want to push yourself hard Saturday morning? Club co-founder Jason Holder will be back visiting Charlotte and has been challenged to a duel by Brit, Paul Mainwaring. This epic workout will take place from Old Bell McAlpine Saturday at 8am. More details at the 7 minuter pace group on facebook.
