2011 CRC Board of Directors Accomplishments

The board of directors asked me to reflect back on 2011 (which still has 2+ months remaining) and capture our accomplishments. Our board goal for 2011 has been to establish a foundation for the future. As a major part of that effort, we continue to talk about sustainable activities. We have a tremendous amount of energy throughout the club which is fantastic, but we want to ensure we are taking smart steps forward that align with our club mission and vision. The smart steps that align are the ones that can be sustainable and provide for a club that continues to support the needs of the running community for many years into the future.

The board definitely has come away with several lessons learned this year and a whole host of new ideas to continue improvement and growth in 2012. However, I am proud that a group of volunteers served their fellow club members in such an exemplary manner. Thank you to each of the 2011 board members and the membership in general as well for their support. Linz (Prez)
