Gender Wars Redux

It's ba-a-a-ack! Male Masters vs. Female Masters Smackdown in the Dilworth 4 Miler. Score based on average GPX points or average Age Graded points* ... you get to vote! In the Summer Breeze 5k, the ladeez squeaked the win by a one point margin - and the guys are looking for revenge! Let us know if you're over 40 and like smack-talking. And beer.

Group Strength Training Classes Information

Hey all - Mark Kane is a favorite Physical Therapist/Trainer of several folks in CRC. He is offering a really good opportunity here to get exposed to this type of training and have some fun doing it in a group setting.

We have been doing some small group training at Edgehill Park on Wednesdays and are looking to expand to another day in the week or an early morning...5:30 AM during the weekday and 7 AM on Saturdays.

The focus is on functional strength, stability, balance and conditioning using different modalities such as bands, ropes, kettlebells, and bodyweight. This type of training can be helpful for triathletes since you will be taken out of your comfort zone:)

We need 4 to start a group. Pricing is like this...4 people= $80 or $20 per session (4 session block); 6 to 8 people= $60 or $15 per session (4 session block).

I bring the equipment...you bring the work ethic:) Let me know if you are interested and we can get cracking. We have 1-2 slots open for this Wednesday at 6:30 PM. We offer a make up class for those that miss one of the four sessions.

Have a great 4th of July!
